From the Admission Section complete our Online Application Form (one per each child), please make sure you have the soft copies of the following documents ready to be attached to your child application.

• Child’s recent photo (passport size)
• Child’s birth certificate (electronic)
• Parents IDs
• Most recent school reports.
• Proof of custody if relevant

 And please complete the Pupil Medical Form section, and submit.

 The school must be informed of any chronic medical condition related to your child and a detailed Medical Report must be provided upon admission.

Only completed Applications will be considered

The first consideration (priority) is given to students who have siblings enrolled in the school.

If an applicant has met the relevant criteria and standards but no places are available, they will be offered a place on the waiting list.

Placement of pupils is determined by age as of October 1st in the academic year of entry

The objective of our Pupil Admission Assessment is to enable our competent, qualified Educational Psychologist and academic staff to interact with your child in an academic environment therefore identifying each child’s learning challenges as well as their areas of exceptional achievement.

Option for Admission Assessment on-line is available only for pupils of KS 1 – KS 4 if they are out of Egypt

Screening / Assessment  fees :

 The screening assessment fee of L.E. 4,500 (four thousand five hundred Egyptian pounds) must     be settled either before or on the assessment / screening day.

Fees are settled in the accounting office in cash or by credit card.

Screening / Assessment Fees:Refund Policy:

In case your child does not pass the screening test, you are entitled to a refund of 1,500 Egyptian pounds.

In case your child passes the assessment but you do not wish to complete the registration process, the assessment fee is non-refundable.

  Please note that assessment fees are not deducted from the school fees.

**PARENT / SCHOOL MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE:

The objective of our Parent / Management Conference is to familiarize parents with our distinctive school culture, our vision, our mission, our ethos and our academic policies. This meeting is also designed to allow the school management to identify your parenting style as well as your needs and expectations of us as a school.

Both parents are required to attend the parents’ interview when applicable

 Once the child is accepted for admission you will receive an Acceptance of Admission email. Upon receiving the Acceptance of Admission email, please settle the confirmation of admission fee within a maximum of 5 (five) working days. The first payment cannot be made by a bank transfer.

All year groups:

50 % of the Total Annual Tuition Fees within five (5) working days after successful completion of the above Admission Procedure.

If payment is not secured within this period, the school will not guarantee place availability.
