ON-LINE APLICATIONS:

1. Complete the Pupil Application Form below and submit.
The school must be informed of any chronic medical condition related to
your child and a detailed Medical Report must be provided upon admission.

2. Choose an appointment for making a tour of the school campus from the link book your tour after you fill the application form.
4. Screening / Assessment Fees:
The screening assessment fee of L.E. 3,000 (three thousand Egyptian pounds) must be settled either before or on the assessment / screening day.
Fees are settled in the accounting office in cash or by credit card.
Refund Policy:
In case your child does not pass the screening test, you are entitled to a refund of
1,000 Egyptian pounds.
In case your child passes the assessment but you do not wish to complete the
registration process, the assessment fee is non-refundable.
Please note that assessment fees are not deducted from the school fees.

Option for Admission Assessment on-line is available only for pupils of KS 1- KS4 if they are out of Egypt.
6. Book an appointment for your Parent/School Management Conference

7. Once the child is accepted for admission you will receive an Acceptance of
Admission email. Upon receiving the Acceptance of Admission email, please
settle the confirmation of admission fee within a maximum of 5 (five) working
days. The first payment cannot be made by a bank transfer.
• Pre Foundation:
50% of the total annual tuition fees
• EYFS and all other year groups:
25% of the Total Annual Tuition Fees within five (5) working days after
successful completion of the above Admission Procedure.
